PRACTICAL SELF DEFENCE CLASSES FOR CHILDREN
With over 30 years of teaching experience working with children of all ages, we at the Dynamic Self Defence Academy pride ourselves on a safe and professional learning environment.
From 5 years old to 14 years old we provide an extensive curriculum ranging from Krav Maga, Boxing, Capoeira and Muay Thai. We have dedicated teaching staff who are all DBS checked and first aid qualified. Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga is a self defence system which is ideal for all age groups as we gear classes specifically to various age-related threats.
BOXING
Boxing has become more popular due to the success of British Boxing in recent years. A great way to develop footwork and striking skills whilst developing fitness.
MUAY THAI
Children’s Muay Thai is ideal for basic combat skills, development and a great workout. It teaches discipline and develops mental and physical strength
CAPOEIRA
Children can benefit on many levels from this Brazilian martial art which combines self defence, acrobatics, music and dance – helping children exercise, build strength, flexibility and technique.

Start with a £5 trial class
To join:
£13 per class, paid by term, plus:
£30 (one off payment) for Starter Pack (includes uniform T-shirt , level wrist band and star/assessment book)
+ £20 for Krav Maga (trousers).
